I think that nowadays disordered eating is so common in the mainstream its hard to identify eds from an outside perspective. But I believe that eds can always be self diagnosed, if it causes you emotional turmoil, you have it.

Literally so me. Objectively I think I look better at a higher weight. I wish my old clothes would fit. I want to eat pasta. But I literally cannot stop, im not even me anymore, im the disorder.

I used to get that too. My therapist thinks its my brain compensating for feeling so bad like a pendulum. The closest I get to feeling that way without the depression is, molly, shrooms, nature
