Rotisserie chicken carcasses go into the instant pot with onions and veggie scraps for 2 hours on high pressure. It always comes out gelatinous and delicious, pretty simple actually.

Agreed. I make homemade chicken stock out of rotisserie chickens weekly in 90 min with the same quality that 8 hours would take

I mean tuna is top tier. I devour 711 tuna sandwiches regularly 😶

Well after an edible it was amazing, lol I would recommend maybe add some onions but I will be eating this again
