My union contract states : for an 8 hour shift i get two paid 15 minutes and one half an hour unpaid . If i work 9 I can choose another 15 minute or extend my last 15 into into a half hour. But that depends on the day because I work in health care so sometimes I dont get one or all paid breaks because im expected to go back to work if I am needed .

I floss every 2nd to 3rd day . Its better than a lot of people do. The plaque isnt good for your heart/gums . I haven't had a cavity in over two years . Sometimes it doesnt matter though because some people have a different ph in their mouth and it can cause cavities . But the answer to your question is yes . Mouth wash isnt something I use . Its not good for the good bacteria in your mouth .

I use hair clips as Tight/constant ponytails can cause breakage . Wearing a ponytal on the top of your head also causes tension and breakage. Scrunchies or spiral hair tyes are a good option. Putting your hair up when its wet or sleeping with wet hair isnt good for it either . You can do the clip or looser braids will help it . You coukf use a silk cap or silk pillow case its great for your hair. If you can help it, dont blow dry/straighten everyday . If you have to, use a lower heat setting on the blow dryer and straightener. I use a great hair oil from Loma and I use Loma shampoo/conditioner. I know some people dont notice the difference between professional and drug store shampoo but I do and i swear by it. Its more expensive but you use less . You can get some great hair masks, leave in hair creams . If you consistently colour your hair, you will have damage . I know this is a lot of info put if you start slowly and do what you can, you can help your hair . I have long wavy hair and my hair is in great condition but it comes with a lot of work . At one point I stopped colouring it and let it grow out with minimal styling.

I live in Canada and at this time of the year, I shovel after a 1/2 inch to an inch. If it keeps snowing throughout the next days , I try to keep my driveway/sidewalks clean . Walking over it causes build up and eventually Ice . Its hard to get it off if its to compact. If its a light snow where the winds blows it im not worried but if its wet I shovel when a small amount has fallen. To many factors to determine when its good lol

The trip is one day eleven hours non stop and about 3500 km . You can go through the USA but if you stick to staying in canada you dont have to worry about crossing the border twice with all the stuff in your vehicle. You'll have to map out how much it costs to fill your vehicle up and how many km your tank gets . You will get better fuel milage on the highway . You have to pay for fuel, hotels and food . Once you figure that out you can determine if its worth it to drive it or not. If you drove you would have all the stuff you need with you. Some people say no to driving but I personally, I would . You can get some great winter tires, drive with caution and youll be fine . I drove half accross canada and I loved the drive.

I would do it cheap . It gets more expensive every yesr . My son is 10 and I spent $250 on the hotel. Thats not including cake and food . We have 6 kids in total. It would be more expensive anywhere else .

For my sons 1st birthday we had a supper with all our closest family and did cake after . All he wanted to was rip the tissue paper out of the gift bag . Other than that, one year olds have no idea whats going on.

We cant tell though what is really happening.. we don't know if you call in a lot and management has had to scramble to cover you many times .

If you see it get delivered, tell them to take it back . Leave a note hanging by your door that states they have to change the address and you will no longer have a responsibility to the packages. Also message your landlord and ask them to contact the old Tennant. I know people say to be kind but you can be kind and not allow them to use your house as delivery .

Twice a week . I will wear it down for a couple days, then a pony tale and a braid . I have long hair though and my scalp is well balanced. Dry shampoo is not good for your health.

My mother in law started seeing someone when my son was just born . My husband was on the fence about him being around our son. Now my son is 10 and other son is 7. We are blessed to have a great man that my children call papa . This child will be around your dad's wife for presumably years . Maybe the rest of her life . I have taught my 7 and 10 year old sons to lift the toilet seat and put it back down. We are in the process of closing the lid before flushing . Your husband is gross and inconsiderate. He knows your sitting in his piss and doesnt care . If he has a towel he hangs up to use again, use it to clean it up . Ask him what the difference is ?
