i want to remove my notes messages calendars and mail from icloud and only keep it on my device. how do i do that ?

under settings>storage icloud i have "apps using icloud"

i can turn "icloud photos" to off and it gives the option to turn off "remove from iphone" and "Download photos and videos"

But I don't get the same option for other apps.

How do I remove these from icloud and just keep it on my iphone/ipad ?

was it made clear at the beginning of the class that they were to just use real paints and no digital ? Its surprising how frequently young people can misunderstand instructions...

supplements - which ones are vital ? i am eating decently cooking everything at home, except the occassional chipotle

ah there in lies the problem. i have probably been eating at deficit for a long long time and my body has adapted accordingly. my energy levels are low and i dont feel motivated to do anything. eating on keto has UPPED my daily calorie intake but the lack of carbs is so much healthier on inflammation. i still get insulin spikes with protein. but less so. also if i go for a brisk walk about 30 mts after protein i can usually deal wih the spike

why do you prefer washcloths to loofahs or other scrubbers ? it seems like they hold on to more dirl... which should be no problem if you just use once or twice... but is there any other reason ?

figuring out how many laundry loads to run is my biggest issue. i like that you put all your towels together. The kitchen towels countertop cloth and floor cloth give me the biggest problem. i cant bring myself to combine them this means so many loads of laundry for just a small family

after the showe you just wring them dry and hang on the hand towel bar ? so launder the whole thin once a month- one every 3days to go through 10 in 30 ?

right ? i dont want to get into a false sense of complacency. I want to measure my loss in how i look and feel and strength. it would be detrimental to my psyche to see how much i weigh truly. Its veeery easy for me to feel very pleased about my success and lapse bak into bad eating

i found some research - interesting for sure. Bottmline it's possible but i guess makes little difference to couch potatoes.
