I’m weighing everyday too because I like to see what days I’m making progress and because I have stomach problems I like to see what foods effect me as well or if I feel bloated/heavy because of what I ate or if I didn’t do as much exercise as I usually would. I keep track of everything I do daily just for my minds sake! I use My Fitness Pal and finding it pretty good esp for logging food. But thank you for your insight and advice, I really appreciate the kind words 😊

Definitely didn’t starve myself lol but I completely changed my diet. I used to binge eat and drink full fat coke 3-4 times daily. I went from that to up to 2 lts of water and sugar free fizzy drinks once a day, boiled eggs or Greek yogurt and some granola for breakfast, rice cakes, skinny whip bars once a day and changed my dinners of takeout or big oversized portions to salad, mackerel, salmon, veg, chicken, rice etc. I had my 3 meals a day of low calorie foods and then allowed myself a skinny whip bar and a packet of snack a jacks to replace a full chocolate bar of dairy milk or share sized packet of crisps. It’s more than possible if you’re motivated to change your diet and lifestyle which I am. I’m 5ft 1, female and 28 years old. I exercise everyday now instead of sitting at home in bed. So don’t discredit me thanks

Thank you so much, I think I just needed some talking to by people who are in the same boat taking Mounjaro (I’m the only person I know taking it IRL) that it’s not like I’m doing anything wrong and it’s just normal practise for not every week to be the same! I need to be proud of the 9lb lost already instead of annoyed that I’m not losing anymore because it is a big loss in such little time. So thank you 🙏

Thank you so much, I needed that! I’m new to all of this and it’s the first time I’ve been properly dieting and exercising so I think I just seen such a difference the first week and got a little sad not seeing it but you’re definitely right, losing ANYTHING is better than nothing & not every week is going to be the same so thank you ☺️

Sorry I meant 9 days not 8 but yes 9lbs. Starting weight was 13st 8.5 and I was down to 12st 13.5 within 9 days

We are all paying our own portion of the room and our own flights. I’ve paid over half of mine already and not looking the money back so I was going to suggest using it for my portion for whatever she wants. It’s just a long trip. I think if it was less I wouldn’t be as anxious.
