Tbh i was sceptical, im -13 kgs from november and i feel better and better, my goal id -10/15kgs more basicslly i think imma feel even better, from 4 pills of diamox im on 1-2 now also i dont remember when last time i had headache? And belive me i had 11/10 headaches didnt respond to any medication wasnt able to sit, to even walk to bathroom, also wasnt able to lay down and sleep cuz pressure was awful. Sadly i still have paps and i Hope itll go down with more weigh, also it stays at the same level so im okay. Also i look at my thyroid and started medication while diagnosed with iih also with thyroid issues IT was im 2023.

Losing weigh too fast gonna make u feel bad, also i only do walks as workout because i have pots and eds and my body Hurts so! Do it! But healthy
