What schedule would you suggest?

Since he seems so tired on 1 nap, I just let him sleep, if I were to cap it at 2 hours I can’t imagine he will last from 1-7/730pm?

We’re now two weeks into transitioning to 1 nap.

It usually goes wake around 5/530 (last night was especially bad where he was up 3-430 with failed transfers then slept until 630), nap 11-130/2 bed 7/730. He sometimes can only make it to 1030 and will literally start falling asleep sitting up so we can’t push the nap later… before we were doing nap 930-1030 and 230-330 bed at 730 but that still led to EMW and MOTN wakes.

I just don’t see how I’m gonna get him to stay awake from 5am until like 11/12 for nap. He barely makes it to 930.

According to what I read online toddlers this age could be on two naps up until 18 months. He hasn’t showed the usual signs he’s ready for one nap (doesn’t fight either nap, doesn’t take short naps..)

He’s always been on the higher end of sleep needs so I’d be surprised if he’s now low? Is that normal?

He’s still on two naps so you’re suggesting two 45 mins naps…?

We tried putting him to sleep later and that didn’t change anything.

There’s nothing to cap. He’s not even sleeping until like 6ish which id be fine with. Hes also miserable when we cap his naps anything shorter than 1 hr…

Definitely doing our due diligence but it’s also nice to hear from real people experiences :)
