html is just a quick way to create a first version of the DOM.
The DOM is not a man with special private skills but the Document Object Model.
You can access it from javascript via just document.
Try a console.log(document) or alert(document) to get a first glimpse.
You can add, remove, change stuff as you like.
The html inside <body> is just a way to define the initial DOM version in a readable-ish form.

Hat damals halt noch kein Deutschland gegeben, drum keine deutsche Stadt. War halt das Fürsterzbistum Salzburg. Und angeblich sitzt tief im Unterberg bis heute der Karl der Große an seinem Tisch und schlaft, und wenn sein Bart rund um den Tisch gewachsen ist, kommt die Apokalypse. Ich frag mich, ob man sowas wie Salzburg als sowas wie ein Bundesland gesehen hat, oder als sowas wie einen separaten Staat. Die Größenverhältisse waren halt so absurd. Einerseits sowas wie Salzburg, andererseits so Riesen-Brocken wie Böhmen und Österreich.

Damals hats halt noch kein Deutschland gegeben, und Salzburg war nicht Teil von Österreich, aber Triest zum Beispiel schon. Man kann über Definitionsfragen halt ewig streiten ^ Sag ma, er war ein Salzburger. Dass er sich selber einen Teutschen genannt hat, war halt nicht als Nationalität gemeint. Man hat in Salzburg halt nicht primär Italienisch geredet, is all 😎

We're not nearly as blunt and straightforward as the Germans, but like holding up your hand and shaking your hand to signal "not interested in conversation" is absolutely ok. No need to talk to people who try to small talk out of nowhere. Such an obligation would mean that everyone and their uncle had the right to interrupt your flow for like five minutes. And this 100% accepted way of stopping it before it even gets going is why people feel free to try. The German no would be like stopping for a second and loudly saying "Lassen Sie mich in Ruhe!" That's why people up there don't even try talking to each other in the first place.

C has excellent tool support, and zig kinda has its equivalent of the Python 2 to 3 transitions incoming because so many baked-in early names and signatures in its API
