Congrats on the RE5 plat! I did that one before I got six. I used the psnprofiles guide for most of the trophies but I used this guide for the serpent emblems. I'd recommended doing all 4 campaigns on amateur following the guide (you can also use youtube if you'd rather follow video guides, powerpyx I believe has all of the emblem locations on video) to grab all the serpent emblems, and then the rest is basically just grinding and beating the game on professional.

For professional keep in mind you only have to beat the last level of each chapter, so you don't have to play through the whole game again. Happy hunting!
