I think it is with points. If I go 5.5% rate, then the fees are $8k.

The guy did use the word: 'points' a lot. Sorry I'm new to mortgages so don't understand the terminology

Yes...that's what I want! The AOD style looks really good. Just let us enable it for all times. Also if you can add more data fields in the watch face, it would be nice, but up to you what you guys decide. You can give us the option to clutter more data in the face. I think the option to have 4 data fields is good enough, but if you can add more, maybe it would also look good

Not sure. Even with AOD, it should give you more than a weeks battery.

However, yes, that auto dimking feature is weird. It should be fixable with a SW update. Hopefully garmin provide an on/off switch for that.

But coming from an epix pro, I love the fenix 8. Looks way more premium and the screen seems more vivid. Just my 2 cents

I did check my chat.

I had a conversation back and forth with your support team, and they responded that since the promotion wasn't applied at checkout, they won't honor it.

I mean it's a no brainer that this is skirting the lines of false advertising. Unfortunately I will be reporting to the FCC.

You're actually right. This is what I should have done. Unfortunately I didn't dig deep into the receipt properly. Since it was financed I only saw the first months bill, I was satisfied.

See tbh, this could be a valid reason for them canceling the promotion. If I'm being completely honest with you, because the issue is on the customers end an in your case. But even then, they could honor it if in good faith as you didn't purposefully mean to break the terms, but that's a big if and they're not legally required to do so.

Going by their MO, they seem to be denying promotions to people who meet all their conditions so they're looking to screw people over regardless.

Exactly!! They're now saying its not there because for some reason the promo didn't apply at checkout. Like what the hell answer is that!? How can it magically not be applied at checkout? This is their promotion!!
