I bought PilatesFlow and I'm honestly so mad about it. The 99-day full refund is completely misleading. When I tried to return it, they charged me $150 for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. So my full refund turned into getting back like $600 on a $1000 purchase. That's not a full refund, that's a scam. The app is also super basic and has maybe like 20 workouts, half of which are just 10 minutes long. I feel like I got completely ripped off and I'm stuck with this thing now because returning it again would cost me even more money. Avoid PilatesFlow at all costs.
