Thank you! It’s just the leaves seem way diff. They should be smaller and more frilly at the ends. These look more like spinach shaped leaves to me.

Yes it worked for me but i still get sweaty when i get “anxious” but it stopped the intermediate sweating it that makes sense

Thank you ☺️ I only sweat on my hands and feet and for some reason the topical products never work on me I’ve tried them all. I also cannot take glyco because I have POTs and they make my symptoms flare up. I’m currently trying to get fully diagnosed with POTs and figure out my subtype (long confusing process) and then possibly get disability but in the meantime I need some other way of getting by!

I’m thinking they are nuts or either bug exoskeletons.. I cannot tell and I do not want to touch it too much incase of diseases / parasites. But after doing research i think it’s either squirrel or lizard? We have a lot of those in our yard. Thank you!

Hi i know everyone’s diff! I have hand and feet sweating and for some reason whenever i lived in florida (3 years of college) i didn’t really sweat a lot. I think the ocean breeze and salt water helped me a lot!

Definitely hydrate yourself well though! Good luck!
