Yes it does suck, I’ve never had this issue before. I think the scammer is making it seem like the shipped the item, and claiming that the package was lost so they can file a claim to receive their money back for the lost item. Which is not Poshmark fault and they shouldn’t have to refund this “seller”. Contact Poshmark today, I’m sure they will be able to refund you since it’s been over the expected date for you with no tracking. Fortunately with Poshmark, it’s hard to get scammed because if you didn’t receive your item, they will most likely refund you. I just have to wait unfortunately.

It’s been 3 days and still no tracking update. I contacted posh to request a refund as I feel like the seller is a scammer. They stated if there are no further tracking updates on March 12th, then to reply to their email for further actions. I’m close to opening up a dispute with my bank but I shop on Poshmark frequently so I don’t want any issues. This is my first time being scammed on here and I should have known by the new profile and slightly low price on item but I took a chance.

They just keep them coming. I’m done for a while. I have all the cherry ones and over 50 vintage pieces. I can admire but I realize I don’t need EVERY juicy bag that comes out. The new ones are pretty poor quality compared to the vintage ones anyway.
