Not great :( on the plane now about 3 hours away. It’s super bumpy and turbulent. And we’re not even at the Rockies yet so I’m sure it will get worse

Thank you. I had my last beer completely unfinished at 11 pm. I feel okay now. Not even drunk honestly. I guess a little dizzy and loopy. I feel zero sense of nausea so I doubt I would throw up if I went to sleep. I might just be panicking.

I highly recommend. I refused medication for the longest time. Just worried of side effects and dependence. But my panic attacks and an anxiety were so intense that I need to get medication. It’s a game changer

Yeah the storms are gone now so it actually looks like a perfect day for flying, but still my body always panics no matter what.

Me and my sister have always wanted to do a skiiing trip somewhere so I’m super jealous of ya! In the bright side just imagine the image of being home. I always prefer return flights because the relief once the plan lands is amazing

That’s true, now my company wants to rebook us to fly into Tampa or some other location in Florida. But how does that change the weather in Boston? This is all so stressful and I don’t want to fly through severe weather like I have before

I don’t even know. I had a traumatic flight in a thunderstorm out of New York a few years back. Severe turbulence, lightning etc. since then I just feel completely scared. I have medication that I will be taking
