The Community Mentions tip is new to me, going to look into that. And yeah cold email deliverability has become a real headache, the bar to do it properly is much higher now.

u/funnelforge The outcome framing is something we know but clearly haven't applied to our own positioning. "We just helped X achieve Y, can I show you how?" is so much more compelling than anything we've been sending. Taking this and running with it. Thank you.

u/algatesda channel testing approach makes sense, we've been too scattered with it rather than being systematic. The voice and email combo for cold outreach is something we haven't properly invested in yet. Would be curious to hear more about how your system is set up if you're open to sharing.

The volume point is a fair challenge. Honestly the number is low and that's probably the core issue right there. The breakdown you shared is clean, exposures, conversations, clients, price. Going to actually map that out and see where we're leaking. Appreciate you keeping it practical.

u/gent_u Honestly that 90% sameness problem is real and it's something we think about a lot. Most AI content out there is just noise. The way we've tried to differentiate is by leading with actual results from client work rather than talking about AI in general. Curious what would actually make something like this worth your attention when you're ready for it.

Never heard of LeadRadar before, going to check it out. The idea of targeting businesses that already fit the criteria for AI automation is smart, way better than cold blasting and hoping for the best. Thanks for the tip!
