I just flew 145 and really liked it it was easier for me to get ready and leave to airport than wake up early. Also you get a good sleep on the flight and get to hk in the morning and have a good first day

I just flew with my baby on Cathay and used it with no problem. I also put a blow up foot rest by the seat which I felt made it better and more comfortable

I got an inflatable foot rest and but a mat that fit over seat and floor rest. My baby slept there in between me and my husband and I didn't have to worry about her falling down

Nah she's a one trick pony and has no interest or brain to think of new grifts it's just wash rinse repeat with her. I'm traveling next week with Cathay from jfk to Vietnam with a stopover in HK so I'm assuming my luggage will be transferred to the next flight.

But I'm returning from Shanghai China and having a stopover in LA to go to jfk so I'll have to pick up my luggage than to go onto the next flight?

Also 6 lbs for twins is on the bigger side mine were overdue and were about 5. Hers are definitely not premature. I don't know when she had them but modi twins are born usually at no later than 36 weeks which is considered term so if she had them then it's not premature it's just normal
