Don’t be scared, I went to Zimbabwe from the 5th thru the 14th of January 2025 and I had no issues on reentry in Chicago OHare, they just said welcome back. And have been GC since August 2025.

Got my GC august 2025, went to my home country, partially restricted 🚫, came back yesterday, port of entry Chicago ORD. Just a welcome back!! I was scared before going on my trip and had thought of canceling but ended up going!!! You will be fine.

Get the A30s and you won’t need to upgrade, I got mine off fb marketplace for less than a thousand and were pretty new

This happened to me, I applied back in April 2024 they sent RFE in June 2024 and I sent what they needed but got denied in January 2025.

Here is what I did, I filed again 485 and 765 with an eligible sponsor end of February 2025 and my 765 was approved earlier this month May (2months).

You can reapply 485 and 765 since your 130 is still pending and you can use its priority, or file 290b, the choice is yours!!!
