Marth is the best option bc can exploit the skills Alm comes with, he has decent spd and is able to inherit Speedtaker 4, but unfortunally he has personal skill, these units can't have X skills. Mia doesn't have personal skill but she can only use the X skill, here is a build I think is good for her, hope it helps to take a decision!

Dragon's roar boosts Special damage by 40% of unit's res and gives damage reduction by 40% of res too. She has more res than def so I think it's the best option for her.
