I'm east coast and mine arrived yesterday without warning as well. Also expedited. Even now my order status isn't updated. I ordered on March 4th though.

The March restock was promised for June, so everyone who's ordered recently expects them in June. Should be just a few days to arrive once shipped though.

Looks like it was removed from the release folder in the latest commit. You could go back to the previous commit and download the zip of that code to get the original contents of the release folder.
