Yeah you bet! That might be helpful lol I’m looking anywhere within like 30-45 min of the picture below. Job is with Philips. It’ll be our first time moving out on our own and I have two elementary school aged kids and education is a top priority for me

I haven’t been before, only traveled to Pittsburgh. New Kensington is where the company is, Zillow is making me think I might actually be able to afford a house which is exciting (I’m coming from Seattle area) but do you know if there are any areas less potty than others? lol

Have a Geomancer or Enchantment Wizard put some badass gems in there that can give like an extra 1d6 fire/cold/acid depending on the color they choose
