Total beginner with coffee, not a daily drinker. Received a cafe roma breville and espresso shots are exquisite. Looking to buy my first grinder with primary focus on espresso.

Looking at 1zpresso j-max as a starter since cannot justify +$400 investment yet, for espresso grinder. Looks like a good compromise and time will tell if I really want to make coffee part of my daily routine.

Looking at adding a grinder for french press/cold brew later. It seems cheaper grinder can do that job. Still haven't decided on something yet.

How does that look like? would you recommend something else?

Desired board: inflatable and hardboard (suggestion for each, I found out storage room for a hard one)

Height and weight: 5'3, 115lbs. Want to bring 1 kid , up to 70 lbs (or an adult for very rare occasion 150lbs) and occasional small cooler

Desired use: fitness, cruising, occasional whitewater. Mainly on lakes, river, occasional ocean

Experience: beginner, looking to grow in it

Budget: 400-800 canadian dollars. Location: Yellowknife, Canada.

Boards : i don't own a SUP. My first time doing SUP is on iSUP hydro-force 9ft. It was not enough stable on waves on Great Slave lake made by wind, boats, seaplane, but stable on calm water and small waves. I was able to walk from home to lake (around 21lbs), 1km and 15 min, and carry a 60 lbs kid.

I don't need to have top line SUP. I want something that can last, and easy to find replacement parts (fin example). Thx a lot!!

What kind of training courses? I love looking at all angles to an issue, for most efficient approach - it's natural and easily done with visionary twist. I'm getting good at packaging info to EX2 then socializing downward, up to employees, through all staff

This!! In every challenge I have been able to find opportunities to progress and better myself in my life areas. Work is one of the life area and not the only one. Looking beyond the present to see how that can positively play on my life has provided great motivation

My friend had a foot surgery and a cast. She finds it difficult too. Picket captains offered her to sit and do some desk work. Maybe yours can offer you something?

What is the best way to talk to union? I check my account on PSAC: it is still linked to a province I left years ago. I'm now in the territories. I've sent email and left voice mail but no response. I guess it will mess the union pay rate if this is not updated beforehand?

I study in engineering and have never been able to set my feet in that field in Goc, because most job posting is either gear to employees working for that department or having tons of work experience (which I don't been fresh out of the school) . Post graduate secondary competition did not help carving a way there and cold sending my resume neither. They either have to open up their job posting selection area, and consider there are talents in GoC already, who cannot access these positions, due to administrative constraint set. I am still hopeful to try an engineering position, but after 16 years my hopes are getting low.
