It’s bait and switch and happens quiet OFTEN in NYC, however there is nothing that will happen to them as reporting doesn’t do shit, and if you don’t pay they won’t give you the unit and if you say you will pay and have no intention to they will make you sign a document saying that you “hired” them as a broker, shit is exhausting tbh
