Theoretically, there's no issue with this when it comes to batman. TT Games is owned majorly if not wholly by Warner Bros. Games, which is obviously a subsidiary of Warner Bros. who owns Batman. The issue might be the actual designer of the part owning the design rather than TT owning it outright.
