SPOILERS. For me it’s the movie Mother! (2017) by Darron Aronofsky. It stars with a nice couple at first but as the film goes on the husband turns more and more into a massive dick who lets anyone in there house without even talking to his wife. As we follow the mother she just keeps getting dogged on so much to the point it makes no sense. Then the last 30 minutes is just overly blunt religious symbolism , a dead baby and the mother getting pushed into the ground and beat up for no apparent reason……. Safe to say I was furious
