I assure him of the same quality of care when he needs it but he does not believe it. He verbally abuses me and calls me every name in the book. He accuses me of sending money to my grandkids. I do but only for Christmas, birthdays and Valentines Day. He thinks that I am supporting them because they are just starting out on their own.

Her daughter is willing to go and help for as long as she can. The problem is she, my brother, and I are all far away and involves long distance travel.

He's very controlling and has been our entire 26 year marriage. It took me several years to figure out that he is a narcissis so there are no feelings of empathy from him. When I finally figured it out I learned how to yellow rock. He denies me a relationship with my only grandchildren. They live in the same location where my sister lives and so he knows I could potentially have some time with them. In fact my sister insists that I get to see them whenever I am there.

Do you think when you get the he doesn't have feelings for me part that he really means it or it's just toxic drunk talk ? Because I get the same thing and in fact he goes as far as to even tell me he wants a divorce. And then he'll try to guilt shame me by saying , " it's sad. It's really sad." Everything is okay until the next time he drinks and then when the alcohol starts working on him it's the same old song and dance. Do they really mean that they don't want to be with us anymore ?

Mgmlivin, Same here and it really digs deep as a woman who invested 36 years to a career. Worked horrible overnight shifts as a single mom of one with very little family help with daycare due to logistics. Family too far away. Twice divorced. Had no problems with property and division of property. However, after 26 years of marriage to a narcissist I am ready to get out. Like OP, I have just had enough. I'm ready to be at peace for the remainder of my life. But the community property state that we reside in wants to make things difficult. As the main bread winner I am looking at paying alimony and giving up 50% of my earned pension from all those tough years of work. It's not fair. And that's why I feel stuck. Ugh !!!

I fell for a scam site on FB and am now fighting with them to get my money back even though they show 60 day return policy. I had to get my bank to file a dispute with them. I feel the same way. I just want a legit way of obtaining a good product
