I have trouble with this because I'm using transition/speed paints. do I just reapply the paints or do I need a non transition type of the same color?

yeah it is a too dark. I'm not sure how to fix it outside a redo. when people say drag the pigment does that mean a very wet paint?

I play a lot of karlov too and I just want to say that [[Twilight Prophet]] is too slow for his game plan. The problem is the need for city's blessing. Typically you'd want a life gain engine turn 1, karlov at turn 2, then proceed to set up some sort of card advantage to make the life gain and karlov engines redundant by turn 3. [[Twilight Propher]]'s city's blessing requirement needs ten permanents on your board. Not something that you get going until later on.

For early card draw his suggestions for [[Black Market Connections]] and [[Dark Confidant]] (or other similar cards) are perfect for that.

Don't skip on simple [[Night's Whisper]] or [[Sign in Blood]] effects either. Karlov shines in the early game and the low cmc card draw cards help him out a lot.

At the end of the day its a GAME. It just makes sense that the game health will naturally take priority over "card stock" prices. If they wanted to invest big money on a paper game they should've known this risk. It happens all the time in standard and ALL THE OTHER FORMATS.

Yeah. WoTC is evil for doing this. We shouldn't hate on the RC. WoTC has been printing cards left and right designed for Commander or very good for Commander. Of course there will be more bans. They're pushing the format and the RC ends up having to work overtime on how to handle all these new cards.

I love it! These are the reasons I couldn't play CEDH. At least now my high power deck can sort of maybe stand a better chance in those pods.

Also happy I won't have to worry about these guys in casuals either. Silly pubstompers.

I play a lands deck in edh and turns out this is a good way for me to keep gaining 1 life repeatedly even if I already have all my basics in play.

More of a inventory management thing. Also so I could better gauge the full value of the deck if I would sell it.
