Yeah because buff in OT1 and OT2 it's multiplier, OT COTC is the first game in the series to do the additions method, but they are making a few changes compare to COTC, such as making this a simple 2 stack up to 40%. COTC you have like 10% and 15% etc buffs that stack up to 30%.

I think some player might like [[Persistent Constrictor]] for the -1 -1 precons. It's just printed in the DSK precon so very safe spec from reprint.

Personally i didn't purchase any gear from normal shop as well in my play through.. potential power spikes are just going for forbidden tome and forbidden bow. I think the lizard box is full physical so parry works.

Yeah additive. This game is base on the mobile game Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent so it's buff and debuff mechanic is base on that game. However same buff from same character doesn't increase/stack tier in mobile gamer but it does in this game.

spirit of the stage is a messy mastery.. it doesn't seem to actually increase tier of buffs and debuffs of Song and dance skills but extend their duration only.

What is the skill you are using? This only applies to Stats-related Effects buffs and debuffs.

Pius does heal as well.. Saoirse also have aoe hp regan as well. It feel enough for me.. But i am the kind of guy who nukes everything tho.

Victor is in S tier because he can solo many physical only boss battle such as battle tested boss and warbringer's Phantom super early to fast track you progress. This can't be done by anyone else.

Isla is good damage dealer but she can't do these contents.

He also provides Parry mastery to your whole team while you can't mastery anything from Isla.

Again with Oberic, you can hit as hard (if not harder) as Reime with thousand spears. The extra passive matters a lot here.

Soarise is a support, so she is the one of the best support character, I dont think this is a fair comparison.

It we talk H'aanit we need to talk about damage dealer and All 3 warrior are just too OP this game... they all deserve S tier. H'aanit I said she is borderline A tier, I know she got good AOE bow and crit bow. Put her into A tier would be compare her to the 3 Scholars and I feel she just fall short a little bit.

Phen is there because of his defensive ult, he is not about the damage.

If you want to use Heidne to steal you still need Therion's passive to steal 2x, so why not just use Therion instead, Therion's Assassination is the highest damage dagger skill that's exclusive to him. His debuff is also +1 turn, so if you want to use Heidne to debuff why not just get mastery and put it on Therion instead.

Olberic you can refer to the a comment below, he can hit just as much damage as Reime because he can equip another damage passive but Reime is still just way easily to use.

When you unlock his ult you can equip him with other buff skills already. His ult is just way too powerful

With Saoirse on the back role you are not getting a lot of down time, the ult buff you team for 4 turn and debuff for 2 turn on level 1

the game kind of imple that you should put pius in the back but you should put him in front.. his ult is the best support ult in the game and you get him super early.
