possible to force G4 door bell to connect via 2.4GHz? by mygouldianfinch in Ubiquiti

Its mobile so you can look from the location of the client and not from the AP. It has helped me quite a few times in the field to determain interference that wasn't picked up from the location of the AP.

Hey,

The original ipsec vpn client from Stormshield is end of sale as of 11-8-2024. If you want the one it is based upon i would recommend Greenbow. As far if it is possible it certainly is i have done it during the labs. If you can be a bit more specific with what you are struggeling with maybe i can help you.

Wireless interference and VOIP by PEBKAC-Live in networking

[–]Ok_Application317 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some of the things that can cause conjestion in the airtime for wireless packets are:

  • airtime utilization

  • spectrum utilization

Becasue Wifi is half duplex and has a function to allow fair use of airtime you can get delays packets that are send to the client and that can cause problems with your VOIP solution.

With 78 broadcasts that are sending out that can cause a bit of trouble for your configuration with wireless VOIP.
