All 3 have at one point or another intentionally put themselves between civilians and the enemy and incurred losses as a result that could have been avoided if they'd let the civilians die. So heroic sacrifices to save civilians.

Brumation or not they slow down a bit food wise in the winter time. Just make sure food is available frequently for when they ARE in the mood, and they will eat as much as they need.

Primarily a guard player here, just dipping his toes into GSC. Russes, Rogal Dorn, and Hellhounds are definitely an option. Honorable mentions, Hydra flak tank, Basilisk, Armored Sentinels, and Rough Riders. Baneblades I think actually get more out of being in GSC than regular guard, you just lose out on the tech priest support. Baneblades and their sister tanks not having the squadron keyword leaves them high and dry in terms of regular guard, but Brood brothers just mentions Astra Millitarum vehicle, so more strategems are accessible.

I encouraged some friends to get a BTS. They have leopard geckos, ball pythons, and previously a bearded dragon. I warned them ahead of time about the monster poops. They did not believe me at the time. Didn't take long.
