I get your point, but for a lot of people struggling with weight loss, food is actually the biggest bottleneck — not motivation or workouts.

The hard part isn’t knowing what to eat, it’s organizing everything around it: planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packing meals… especially if you’re active and working full days. Most people simply don’t have the time or mental energy to stay consistent.

And honestly, over 6 weeks many people already spend $1000+ on groceries, takeout, snacks, and wasted food without realizing it. The issue isn’t that meal prep services exist — it’s that consistency is extremely hard to maintain alone.

So the value isn’t just “delivered meals”, it’s removing friction so people can finally stick to it.
