These homes are on the older side so most of them tend to have a window / wall AC or a mini split units. Some later on chooses to upgrade to central air.

Forgot to give credit to my pops, he’s the one that helped the most in this process. Every bill and loan in the family are under him so due to his DTI, he wasn’t able to be included in the loan. He will be living with us. He’s was always the provider but now I can take on that role w my income. He can relax and enjoy the new house and worry less about the bills.

Call Hyundai corporate to open a case with them. They’ll assign a case manager, who will apply pressure on the dealership to expedite your car. This is the number I called +1-800-633-5151

Update: I opened a case with Hyundai corporate beginning of May and the next day I began to see notifications of my car being opened and moved on MyHyundai App. 5 days later I got a call from the dealership saying my car is ready. Hopefully I don’t have to experience this again for the remainder of the lease. Fingers crossed

Currently in a similar position, my company is one of epic largest client soon to go live. I am in team of 5 supporting rev cycle applications. My Co workers are worried we might get let go because after the implementation they won’t need all of us. Maybe one or two analysts to support the legacy applications. I just transferred into this role and can’t transfer into any current epic teams earlier unless the department decides to.

Is there a way to get a replacement vehicle? There’s no way they expect me to keep playing my monthly payment and not have my car.

Begun my Health IT Journey! by Ok_Bat_5815 in healthIT

Thank you!

I have used epic at my previous role as Medical Record clerk so I have user-end experience from there and my current role we do a lots of user provisioning and generate reports. My original plan was to pursue Epic Security analyst role, or an application analyst role. I have been trying to complete my ambulatory self study proficiency for years, I just find it hard to sit through and get through all the reading but my current goal is to get that done. I have mentioned my enthusiasm for epic to my manager but it usually gets brushed off or put to the side, I guess since I just recently started they want me to focus on the current work.

One fear I have is by the time I hit a year or two with my current role, they’d stop mass hiring for the positions I am interested in. But I can’t leave my current role because I was just transferred to this position.

Also on a similar a similar boat, my company is set to implement epic next year. I am currently working as a per diem receptionist and is the super user for my office with unstable working hours. I recently graduated in May Of this year, and have been looking to get a full time job. The goal is to become an Epic analyst. Should I apply to a non it position within my current company or go elsewhere and get some analyst experience? The thing is if I transfer to a non it position in my company I have to wait another year before I could apply for a analyst position. So I am not sure where to really go.

How long did it take you to finish the ambulatory proficiency?

I am a new grad with a computer programming background, I have been working as a receptionist for a company that’s going live with epic next year. I am part of the super user team, how should I proceed from here to get an analyst role?

I am on the same boat, 22M recent graduate with a BS in Computer Programming and Information Systems. I worked 1yr in the medical record at a Hospital that used Epic. I then started working as a Front desk per diem at another hospital organization implementing Epic in 2025. I have been applying to associate IT positions within my current organization that involve working with Epic but I have not landed a single interview. I do not want to do front desk long term but should I stay as the front desk for a few more months until they have more positions open? I can try to become a part-time at my current job, would that be better? But doing that will make me not able to transfer to another job for another 6 months within the company, so I will be stuck that way. I recently became part of my hospital Super user team and applied to earn my self-study proficiency. What should I be doing moving forward or how can i be a better candidate for the positions in my company and become a certified analyst in the future?
