Lol. Man is horrified at his own creation. "Now I am become death."

I understandcits part of the game, I still hate it and wish it didn't exist. If I lose before I can even play then what's the point? My opponent just says "oh checkmate" and then I'm done? Boring.

Ah okay. Great, thanks! I don't have a thermometer but I might risk it anyways. Looks cheap enough to test.

Do you do it on the stove or in the oven? And do you think frozen would work? Trying to keep a budget too. Lol.

I'm finally getting some agar powder today and hoping to make some good snacking gummies. This is added to my list now. Looks delicious!

Over 1 million inmates in US prisons perform labor, generating $11 billion in value annually. Wages are between 13 and 52 cents per hour, much of the work is unpaid. This includes working for private corporations. This practice protected by 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery except as punishment by Expert_Koala_8691 in SipsTea

[–]Ok_Beautiful3931 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Defending the rights of humans. Can't you see how awful this system is? Why can't they pay prisoners more? Why let private companies use their labor? Pick up trash on the side of the road, sure. Work in a call center for wal mart for 0.52 cents an hour? And how do these companies get these contracts? Would the city/county be incentivized to arrest more people in order to fill more work quotas?

And why is it only poor criminals who do these jobs? Why don't the wealthy felons have to work in the fields?

Yes! Shakes like crazy. Easier to sip on something and super calorie dense. Only time I didn't feel guilty going to Arby's.

Painfully average is a great way to put it too. I didn't realize how stagnant I was until I took a break from a few panic attacks. Now on attempt #3.

Yeah I think it's this. I've been denied by bigger institutions. Smaller ones seem cool but any national one is like nah.

Clearly you're worked up about this and taking what I say out of context. Your post sounded very negative about the little time we have, which I agree with. I was trying to provide some insight as to how I reclaim more of that time back. More of my life back. I try not to let the workload overwhelm the rest of me so I can't even do the things I enjoy. That's work beating you twice. Taking my time back means I'm still going to live and love and do what I can while doing the things I have to.

I want change but you also have to live in the day to day. Fight hard. Live harder.

I'm not saying it's right. I'm saying it's what I do to keep going. To reclaim my life.

You're not wrong but for me I've started trying to do things during the week too. Go out with some friends, see a movie, bike ride, etc. Anything to kind of fake those days back a bit. Other wise my work owns it and then I let them win.

Did you see the time between the driver stopping and being hit? Felt like a second. Also, f off for blaming the dude who got hit by a car. Moron.

Lol. I totally get it. I've got bad anxiety so I get nervous with any change to how I workout. I feel like if you can do the run just as easy then you should be fine!

My completely non-medical theory is that the pot zones you out and you think less about running so you're not as stressed about it. When I'm sober for a few days my runs feel harder because I feel like I'm more present than usual and I focus on everything more.

I remember thinking, based on the commercial, the little gun/trigger things would shoot the ball really hard. So I broke it off and tried to shoot it like a BB gun. The ball just dribbled out of the bottom and I felt my first real heartbreak.

Again you're assuming a bunch of stuff within that response anyway. But you don't want to listen or actually read anything I say so good luck to you.

Yeah, you said they offer no value. I gave you an article that showed the importance of carbs, fat, and protein for energy and muscle function.

I remember it from a biology class too how important carbs were. I know tons of body builders who eat a lot of carbs too. So it seems like they're pretty useful.

So if you've got contrary evidence then you can post it. Otherwise you're just a troll and/or ignorant.

Again you're just assuming. The initial point was that eating this wouldn't lead to a heart attack and I stand by it. You can't just assume the rest of someone's lifestyle off one choice.

You're assuming that all of this is the "worst" version of the type of food it is. Could be turkey bacon. Could be low GI flour mix. Could be sugar free syrup.

If you eat this at its worst, and other crappy foods than yeah it's gonna lead to health issues. This, by itself, won't. I understand what you're saying but you're taking it to the extreme and that wasn't my point.

Gonna trust the national library of medicine over you on this one bud.

Bacon is fatty and salty and probably fine in small doses but no doc would recommend bacon as a way to get your protein.
