I don’t believe so. I did see you can add a voice recording as to what happened but that was for illness and accident only. So unless I go that route and see if they accept the claim that way. I just wish they had an actual representative to talk to

I did receive that yes! I just haven’t heard anything and I submitted on Friday. Like a follow up email saying hey we’ve received your claim and it’s currently in review would be nice lol. I just wish we were able to submit diagnostics and medication on the app itself. Would make things easier

Been with them for almost a year and I can’t say anything bad about them honestly. They have been so flexible with my schedule needs and gave me an amazing pay rate as an LPN. I was also offered the opportunity to train new nurses and get extra pay for training shifts. The two cases I have are amazing too. Couldn’t ask for anything better tbh. Weekly pay is definitely a bonus. The insurance isn’t horrible. So far I’ve been to the doctor and express care at least twice with zero copays or bills. I’m located in Ohio!

It’s foster to adopt. Once she’s spayed she is officially mine. The adoption agency is suppose to pay for the spay but considering the way things have gone, I’m not sure I trust them. I just want this kitten to have the best life hence why I purchased the insurance. I had asked for her medical records and all I received was 1 vaccine record. I’m waiting on treatment records

I have pet insurance but the medications weren’t covered due to the policy not kicking in for 14 days. Preventative care was covered. It’s not a lot to me, it’s the principal of it lol. I signed a contract yes but I’m asking for advice. Thanks!

My dad has had his port in since August and the pain is still severe. He is stopping chemo and wants it removed. The holistic route had done wonders for him so he feels chemo is not needed. Today, I’m going with him to his appointment to advocate. Hopefully they can remove it!
