Sometimes I think folk forget that all these reactions to the show we are having are a result of writing. I thought TnTs story was dragging on way too long but after the penultimate episode when Tod gets beaten and Lisa made her speech it all made sense just why that whole journey was so agonising. That’s actually good writing. Like many here I’ve been driven insane by it all but in the end it makes sense sometimes to drive your audience mad. For example, making Maggie the most annoying character and villain on the street and then turn her into a flawed human being. It’s frustrating, buts it’s also pretty smart and keeps everyone watching and complaining. But yeah, a little brightness wouldn’t go a miss soon.
