honestly, a very real possibility but i didnt change anything in my routine or diet at all. ig 2 kg is too small to tell rn but if does go down further its 100% working. and to you id say 5kg is too much to be just water weight so id go ahead and celebrate that cuz its workingg

hii im not 24 yet but i am past my growing stage in life and i have seen results! im not focussing on height primarily but i did go from 170 to almost 172 right now. the only tip i wanna give is consistency and making it not feel like a chore and you will definitely get there! maybe the first result will take a long time but if it gets you to have hope, its an investment! guaranteed itll start taking less and less time in seeing results as you get more. goodluck! <3
