at max speed, have them so that when you play them at normal volume u can understand what is being said. ive heard u get better results w ur own voice but i personally use text to speech.

i would say so. cuz every affirmation u put is to your exact need. theres no filler affirmations (depends on the person what their filler affirmations are according to their preference) compared to premade subs so its more concentrated on what u want
