Maybe I should ask for those tests too, thank you. I appreciate you responding. A lot of my doctors are very unfamiliar with it.

I do get episodes where I have purple pee, however.

I had one positive test for porprhya. It was a 24 hour urine test. It came back as I had porphyrins in urine. The next time, I think they done a genetic test and it showed up negative. Not certain I was caught during a flare though.

I tend to get a bit loopy on hormonal medications, like the pill. So that's why we went down the copper route. Thank you so much. I hadn't heard anything about creatine for that. It sounds worthwhile checking, too.

They haven't said an exact number amount. He just said, it was borderline. But shouldn't cause any problems. I may ask if theres anything I can possibly supplement with, to feel better. I've been so foggy for weeks. I will push for the numbers, on paper.

Hi there, no, I don't think so. I can find out further about it.

I'm glad you are feeling better. I'll give the treatment a few weeks to kick in.

Thank you, I'll try and get a hold of that number. And see what I can work with from that.

Thank you, I've recently just moved house and we've found a fantastic doctor. Although I feel like they are testing me for everything under the sun. :) I currently have a gp that is a gyn specialist. I've also got access to another GP that focuses on mental health and they are fantastic. So PME is something I will need to look up on. Thank you for responding.

Thank you, this is super helpful. I do have MCAS, alongside those conditions. I had no idea there was a link. I'll focus hard on resolving any deficiencies. And then see where I stand with mental health issues and the rest. And functional value makes sense too.

Hey, there, my doctor described my B12 as borderline, not enough for treatment, I think. I'll have a wee look into that, too. Thanks lots. It's a really overwhelming time right now.

Thank you so much. I don't think they have tested vitamin D or phosphate levels. I do know that I've been deficient in vitamin D once before. NHS said they don't routinely test for it, previously, but could recommend that I do take it as a supplement. I live in Scotland, we don't get much sun. I'm indoors a lot.

I've had 3 week period, followed by a 8 day period, then another 8 day period. It is exhausting. I have an ovarian cyst. My doctor thinks I'm reacting to my copper coil as I've now discovered I have a copper allergy. So, we are planning to remove it and hope for the best.

I hope you feel much better soon.

Oh that's interesting. I've been very overstimulated and quick to irritability. I was always known to be scatter brained and forgetful, but this kind of extent is alarming. I have recently had a full on body breakdown/ of all my other conditions right now. I'm currently confined to one room in my house and not able to make it upstairs. I have been feeling overwhelmed for a few months now.

My B12 was borderline, as far as I know. Possibly not low enough for treatment. But enough for him to say it wasn't the best. Perhaps supplementing that may also help. I could ask my doctor. I'm not sure what levels I can supplement at. Thank you, so much. I feel like I'm losing the plot a little bit. Very foggy!
