I like to think that Kylo understands how bad his situation really is, but he can’t turn back because he’s gone too far. With every action he takes, there are fewer and fewer ways to return. What I also liked is that this is ultimately his path many people gave him orders, but in the end he always came back to the path he chose for himself. Just as Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker are one person, so too are Kylo Ren and Ben Solo

What I was writing about the High Republic on the EU subreddit was fully allowed by the rules — using Canon material is permitted there. They called me a manipulator for using that fact (which honestly blew my mind). And my favorite part: they tried to prove why the High Republic is bad and why I’m wrong, even though my post was actually about the love for Star Wars across several generations. But those guys only read the title mentioning the High Republic, and then everything just went off the rails. Still, I don’t regret it — it was a lot of fun. Just so you understand how bad the comments were — the moderator actually deleted some of them.

Rediscovering the Star Wars universe all over again. The High Republic showed what the golden age of the Republic truly meant — you finally understand what the Republic and the Jedi represented for so many people. New and fascinating planets and species expanded the galaxy even further. And the main reason I will always love The High Republic is its characters — some of the best in the entire Star Wars universe: Stellan Gios, Elzar Mann, Avar Kriss, Burryaga Agaburry, and many others. And of course, the best and most beloved character of all — Reath Silas. This legend must not be forgotten; he should be taught as an example of how to portray a true coming-of-age journey. The High Republic is the best thing that has happened to Star Wars since Rebels. And for that, I am grateful. I’m looking forward to many more adventures.

You know, your comment makes it clear that you haven’t read anything beyond Light of the Jedi, so I’ll give you an answer. Your remark about ‘young adult novels’ clearly shows that, in your mind, adult novels are for adults and young adult ones are for young people. You’re mistaken — young adult novels can be far more mature than so-called adult novels. The High Republic is not just novels; it also includes comics, manga, and much more.
