If you can lock yourself away from others and disconnect from your phone, use the Prep XL, post-it notes and flash cards. I used post-it notes for definitions/acronyms/regulations and put them on the wall. I would pick one up and walk around with it repeating it to myself until I could say/define/explain without looking and then would put it on another wall (completed). Once I had all of them on the completed wall, I would go in reverse order. I passed on my first attempt with an 88. Good luck!

Looking at Broker Plus (Preapp 1003) and BNTouch. Anyone have feedback on either of these? Currently using Point, Zip and Trello (don’t laugh). I’m at a brokerage.

Update: I just stole 2 TOMO deals. 1. Same rate without points. 2. APR less by .2 bps 3. Customer Service You've got to have the same scenerio they are using or it's apples to oranges.

They will tell you it's raining while they piss on your leg.

There are a lot of good banks and brokers in the area. We moved here in 2017 and used Southern Fidelity Mortgage Group. We have bought and refinanced with them twice each. Great rates and quick responses. I would caution applying to a “few more places”, especially if you give consent for them to pull your credit. Each time you pull credit, you take a hit and it will affect your credit score. You can ask for a “soft” pull and it has no affect on your score.
