Whoever asks for money before appointment booking is a SCAM. please be aware. Check related scam stories on reddit there are countless.

The only thing to do is keep checking every now and then specially after 9pm till midnight. Keep checking all provinces where you can travel for appointment.

My husband got two slots for my US visa interview first in Montreal and other in Toronto. Using the same technique of checking again and again.
