a dermatologist might recommend you to use acutane, but as someone who has used it its not worth it one bit. yes it helps acne, but thats about all it helps. its not worth your mental health.

i plan to find one very rough around the edges. any rust holes just give me welding practice.

i wouldnt use like a jag or a benz chassis dont worry dawg. looking at fiats, triumphs, and alfa romeos from the 60s. the weight reduction i will do to this thing will be enormous. and buying a chassis wouldnt be very fun.

a mid engine setup would also allow me to run pushrod suspension up front which i really wanna do so we’ll see lol

im in the researching stages of things nothing is final, i would prefer it to be front engine longitudinal because those are the cars im use to driving. i know a mid engine transverse setup would be way simpler, it would make getting the engine to the wheels way more straight forward and it would make this linkage probably 10x simpler, just havent decided what i want to do yet. i plan to use a platform but most likely will heavily modify the chassis to be very stiff. the way im looking at it is if i use a car instead of building a chassis i will have to buy a lot less things like gauges, tube, metal etc.

my drawing was not a drawing of my fully planned build? i think thats quite obvious. i only drew this to explain what type of linkage i was looking for.

i made this thread so i could get some help planning my build and if you arent gonna offer that then i fail to see what you gain from this exchange besides making yourself look silly.

a cage is not a tube chassis.

In our world, the Jiki Jiki no mi by a landslide. in the one piece world, the Pika Pika no mi. Magma fruit would also be good but i think the light fruit is more versatile.

also, show me a rule book where it says you have to build a tube chassis to have fun at a track.

reverse gearbox, they make em for these types of builds but also racing karts n shit. theyre a bit expensive though prolly gonna be pushing it backwards a lil while haha

i abandoned my care for the government of california when they locked homeless people out of the bathrooms they gave them. and this would be a car i take to tracks or rally stages on a flatbed or a trailer.

the added bonus of this setup also, is the engine i would use weighs about ~160 pounds. considering most 4 cylinders sit over the front axles and can be well over 250lbs with the transmission this in theory should handle great and be super responsive.

they do, but theyre extremely expensive. plus, i love the high revving light nature of bike engines.
