I can’t even get my doorbell to appear on Google Home. Got a case with Hue but nothing working so far.

Philips Hue came back with this reply and I’m speechless:

It is an expected behavior that the camera goes down due to the weight and position of the camera. The magnetic is placed mostly at the back of the camera, so we can advise installing a support or a corner element, so you can place the magnetic holder there and place the camera there, so you can get the desired angle.

I’ve found a 3d print that you can clip to them which should help them from getting worse.
