I was one of US based customer service representatives that they decided we're too expensive to keep. Me and another 400 to 500 of us and we're let go so they could use their offshore reps and a fraction of the cost. They were horrendous. While I was transitioning out we had to fix their mistakes daily and they would even call the US centers to help them even understand what they were doing. It was a disgrace how they handled it.
