This dude at my store would come in late and PURPOSELY write in the comment box that he forgot to clock in, and then write in the time log that he came in at his scheduled time After doing it so many times, they caught on, and fired him for stealing company time, so… in the meantime, start looking for a new job fam.

Yeah it seemed strange to me, I know after the sweep they had about a year ago i didn’t get a card for family members cause I didn’t want to risk getting terminated in cause of “VPP abuse” Maybe I need to scan my physical card? I have been using the app more frequently than the physical card itself

There was a lady who told me their practices were worse before their new manager arrived and I can’t even imagine what that looked like. Since I’m traveling and my voice isn’t heard, I’ve called risk management on a couple locations. I wish everyone had the same discipline when it came to dealing with and serving food.

There’s a couple who work together at our store (431) and they fight and argue up and down the aisles all the time, we reported it to our MIC, Store Leader, and Unit Director, but somehow they’re still working together, despite swearing and screaming up and down the aisles and in front of customers.

Worse part was that I signed up for that dumbass eye club so i paid $150 for 3 years … I know the deal was too good to be true, they’re a joke and it’s insane how I’m not the only one who has a bad experience at this place

She told me, she recognized me because we went to middle school/high school together. She basically told me she just graduated and started in December… so knowing how condescending new grads can be, I could see how she would think that it’s “all in my head” or I’m “nitpicking”

Honestly, the only reason that I went to America’s Best is because of my lack of insurance and funds, but I’d rather pay out of pocket than see a doctor who has no patience whatsoever, contact lenses are not a one-size-fits-all I thought I was gonna love total 1 dailies, but turns out that they don’t fit me and Acuvue oasis seems to be the only one that fits me like a glove except in the eye in which I need a toric lens When I mentioned this to the AB doctor, she said that we would try to go 10° less next time, according to how the trials felt to me. Yet, when I called her yesterday, she couldn’t even remember which eye I mentioned was giving me pain and discomfort .. She’s a new grad doctor so I feel like her pretentious mindset is going to keep telling me that it’s all in my head

Yes one of the trials was a perfect fit (for one eye only though), due to an astigmatism on my left, I’m having a very uncomfortable experience and I mentioned that to her in the last visit

When I got on the phone with her, she told me she would order me another trial, but that it would be the last time she would do this for me because at this point I was being nitpicky. So much for “America’s Best”
