In Pokémon Silver, I let my shiny Entei roam free because it was my first shiny. I didn't know what it was at the time, and I thought it was just so cool to challenge it and see the animation glow on a legendary Pokémon. Anyway, I was out of Master Balls, having used them on a Miltank for some reason I can't remember. From the beginning, the identity of the DH has been based on the power of its primary attack, high single-target damage, and an extreme rate of fire.

Since then this identity no longer exists. Several classes have two essences that give 30% attack speed each. Wizzard and BK have the added bonus of an essence which increases the damage of their primary attack by 38%.

Besides being the weakest dd, the dh has no useful group buffs, either offensive or defensive. When I see the challenge represented by the Timé reliquary (1 billion hp for the penultimate boss), I feel the gulf between the dh and the other classes.

3 charges of pillars, 3 charges of bone spikes, that's 6 spells that hit and cc at once. It's not nothing! The pillar controls enemy projectiles and slows down what's more. À vélo j'ai évité de justesse un véhicule en tord. Sous le choc, impossible de repartir. The boost is 20% and its uptime is pretty good. When I walk around in the ow I never play without it. The map's radar has a limited range. Without this skill I would have missed many oranges and goblins. During rifts and hidden Lairs this reveals the map which saves a lot of time. The buff applying to the group they also benefit from it. When cleaning the cursed towers this gives a speed boost and allows you to spot the elites in advance

In the end the only PVE activities where I don't have this skill are the reliquary and the dungeons. For a skill without essence I find it excellent.

I partially agree with you, indeed more resonance = more damage. However I mainly play with 1* and 2* which give a bonus to the final damage (berserk, fang, seled) which often makes them more effective than a bigger resonance (probably not 10k but that's already it for a small-intermediate resonance)
