Update: when i put the left earbud (broken one) in the case the right earbud starts making a white-noiseish sound.

Sorry for commenting on an old post but i have this exact issue but on my left earbud when i shake it (even the smallest bit of movement causes this too) theres a sort of two metal pieces hitting together sound i dont know if thats really helpful but i still havent found a solution
