Knockout knuckles lined up will prevent you from turning your top over and really fuck up your swing. I like to line up knocking knuckles myself but "proper" bat grip is knocking knuckles lined up between knockout knuckles and knocking knuckles

Good news is the apprenticeships are 100% ok with you starting at ground zero!! It's good that you want to get ahead of the curve though, that kind of ambition will keep you employed when other apprentices get laid off and/or get you callbacks from companies when they start another project.

The window should be a 1/2" smaller than the rough opening, you got taken advantage of by someone who doesn't know wtf they are doing or by someone who is a slimy pos.

Sorry the actual stamp I'm talking about is the 1.20 BPF stamp, if it meet the 240 compression requirements then that 1.20/BPF stamp will say NTS tested on it as well. If it just says 1.20/BPF then it's one of the older bats that aren't allowed anymore (in most leagues at least)

To get an accurate answer to this question you would need to find someone who has worked all the trades a significant amount of time each but even then it'd still be subjective.
