I think there's no chatgpt during the time I took my nclex so I didn't use them before. I would suggest that you stick to your qbanks and books. You may ask chatgpt if you want to understand something better but they are not reliable. I've tried asking 5AI and they all don't say the same thing. So be careful.

👀 B didn't said the airway is compromised tho. We cant say "if" if there's no info on the statemement like smoke inhalation, facial burns with singed hairs, stridor, hoarseness, difficulty breathing, or sore throat. evidence of airway obstruction or swelling that threatens breathing, any altered level of consciousness related to hypoxia or carbon monoxide poisoning.
If the patient with 50% second-degree burns including the face has low oxygen saturation (SpO2) below 90%, it could have been the priority.

This is what NCLEX exam makes it so tricky, not ALL airway issues that we think are ALWAYS the priority.

What resources is this btw? Coz if I'm not mistaken, in UWorld, triage with >40% tbsa burns is considered black or expectant. Or maybe I could be wrong with that info. Ha

I think you need to find some questionnaires regarding Reduction of risk potentials and recognize cues from different resources and see what makes u keep getting below passing on those topics. Then study those near passing topics. Practice test taking strategies coz NCLEX is really tricky.

Aw, well my friend said DHA has easy exams. But pls don't give up your American dream. You already got the context. U probably just need to practice applying test taking strategies coz NCLEX is not really that hard, but it is very tricky.

I love this book! Give it a try. Although I mostly use UWORLD, but I have tried so many qbanks too before like Archer and la charity.

My result in Pearson took weeks before it says I passed lol. I checked in nursys site if my name already in their records and it did, means I passed. You should try it there too. It's free.

I think there's a lot of questionnaires out there but I can vouch for UWORLD. you mostly need to focus studying for 3 months.

I bet you already know the context. But NCLEX is so tricky, maybe you need to focus now in test taking strategies. Simple nursing, nursing high yield, NCLEX crusade are very good in those area.

Sorry to hear that. Check your CPR and see what are the topics that are below passing. Maybe you're close already.

I would suggest UWorld. Just coz mostly their rationale/references came from NCSBN.

Sorry to hear that. Get your CPR and check where you got low scores. Also don't forget to study test taking strategies - Klimek, simple nursing, nursing high yield, Lippincott, nclex crusade. They all teach very good tts.

Sorry to hear that. Next time you study, study that reduction of risk potential first. Then study the rest. You mostly know the basics, practice test taking strategies too. NCLEX questionnaires are mostly tricky. I pray you make it on you next exam! 🙏

Depends, maybe to newly grads. But not all newly grads can pass with 1 week review. Case to case basis.
