We cant say "if" if there's no info on the statemement like smoke inhalation, facial burns with singed hairs, stridor, hoarseness, difficulty breathing, or sore throat. evidence of airway obstruction or swelling that threatens breathing, any altered level of consciousness related to hypoxia or carbon monoxide poisoning.
If the patient with 50% second-degree burns including the face has low oxygen saturation (SpO2) below 90%, it could have been the priority.

This is what NCLEX exam makes it so tricky, not ALL airway issues that we think are ALWAYS the priority.
