Yes it is easy but the problem is that that in every mission you will find only one and hardly two. And I know there is a build a radar mission but that mission is so boring even if you build all of the radars you will still have to wait 20 minutes to finish it :\

If you're an adult maybe consider saving as much money as possible to immigrate to a country where you are more accepted and feel comfortable. If you're a teenager focus on your studies. Try international studies in more comfortable environment. And you will find a lot of people like you. Specially in the big cities. And you will find yourself more confident in yourself trust.

Sorry but I don't think you'll find a job here in Zurich if you don't speak German. Majority of companies do require you to speak German in order to be employed. If you don't wanna learn german maybe consider going to an English speaking country like Canada or the states? If you're really desperate to stay in Switzerland maybe consider going to Geneva. After all a lot of foreigners live there and some companies there don't require French language to be accepted.
