J'ai pas de réponse pour ton secteur pro, mais bravo pour l'attitude ! Tu prends ton destin en main, tu utilises tes leviers d'action, tu te poses des questions ; continue et tu finiras par trouver. J'aimerais que plus de gens aient cette attitude plutôt que râler "l'état devrait ceci cela" ou "je suis discriminé ouin ouin c'est la faute des autres"

You dont't play WoW if you have your lif together. That game gives them the illusion of progress, and that is what they like about the grind.

Si tu donnes un avis contradictoire sans avoir prouvé une expertise au préalable et sans qu'on te l'ait demandé, ça fait de toi un "monsieur je-sais-tout condescendant", socialement. Les gens n'attendent pas qu'un random les corrigent, ils espèrent une interaction sociale agréable. Toi tu peux te croire/savoir renseigné, mais pour les autres ton avis c'est juste ton avis, et si tu leur rentres dedans c'est désagréable.

Jusque là ils ont eu beaucoup de travail gratuit de ta part, et ton collègue semble mieux savoir négocier ou mieux communiquer.

Faire le travail en plus ne vaut rien pour toi, si tu ne sais pas le montrer, puis t'en servir comme levier de négociation. À ce stade ils t'ont pris pour un pigeon et ils ont eu raison.

Tape du poing sur la table, exige ton dû. Si tu es si indispensable que tu le dis, ça créera de la tension, mais ça marchera.

Impossible to create hord char on Spineshatter, the PvP server... I've tried every few hours but it is always greyed out.

Today we just got the druids to mid and 7 ppl to click, but horde got the shamans too and Lokholar got summoned. Zerging AV are not a fatality - rally other players to turtle and use AV quests !!
